Born in Stockton, in the county of San Joaquin California on June 2 1967 at 3:42 PM as Jannine Lynnette Russell at Dameron Hospital to Donna Mae Belcher and Virgil Louis Russell, Birth certificate number 3900-1940. Getting to trouble continuing with experimenting with drugs at an early age and following up dropping out of school in her early teens. She followed up all of this by getting pregnant and then married and having another child when her husband could not deal with her temper, drug abuse and brutal abuse of her children, he then contacted the authorities and CPS (Child Protective Services) Removed the children from her care and criminal charges were filed. She continued on with criminal acts going in and out of jail, for theft charges, Drug charges, Prostitution charges and much more.
Now we all make mistakes but the truth is we learn from them, but not this woman, she just lied and blamed everything on someone else, She even went as far as to blame her mother for the demise of her first marriage, telling everyone that her mother was sleeping with her husband which is why she brutally abused her first 2 children, when in fact all her mother did was to help raise the children that Jannine abused. Things got so bad with her lies and excuses that "it" was someone else's fault that she was diagnosed as a pathological liar.
But even as she got older she continued with she was right and everything was someone else's fault. Jannine then found another man who was married, and as his wife went to work she provided sexual favors to him in exchange for paying rent, assisted him in many illegal activities such as burglary, selling and abusing narcotics, prostitution and much more and still going in and out of the criminal justice system. He ultimately left his wife and Jannine had 2 children with him. They moved many many times with these 2 children to try to stay ahead of Law Enforcement officials. Jannine then caught an STD and that on top of her temper, constant lies, Drug abuse and other criminal activities he filed for divorce in Tempe Arizona and it was granted. The 2 children wanted nothing to do with her and told the court that they wanted to stay with their father.
Jannine moved on moving to Richardson TX, she liked to give sob stories to unsuspecting good hearted people who would take her in and it worked, she got a job at a Kroger store and stayed there until they told don't come back. She accused the good hearted people who took her in of stealing all her money, laptop and other items as an excuse to find another good hearted family to take her in, and she did in one day...........
In McKinney Texas she found a family and a Racetrack gas station and told them her sob story and that she was going to commit suicide, that her name was SARA JEAN MILLER from Tulsa OK and this family talked with her for hours at that gas station and convinced her to go to Baylor Scott and White in McKinney with them, Jannine told the same story to the Hospital staff and was committed to the Lifeline Facility in McKinney TX. After 3 months she called the family and told them that she had no place go, no money, no family or friends to help her. So, they opened their home to her not knowing that her name was fake and she was a dangerous convicted felon. This family was trying to help someone in need but not knowing who she really is. She had bought a car for nothing down in her real name and never made one payment to Capital one, and drove it for over one year on temporary paper plates and just kept changing the date on it with a marker, until she got stopped for speeding by a Texas state Trooper She received multiple citations. Another day Jannine aka Sara was warned by the family that there were week old kittens playing in the front of the house and be careful not to hit them, the family came home found the crushed kittens and called Jannine aka Sara and she replied I drove around them maybe a utility or UPS driver did it. The family looked at video from their security system and no only did Jannine aka Sara aim her car at them and killed all of them, she got out of her car and kicked their lifeless bodies out of her way. Ultimately a repo service found the car hidden on the family's property and stopped by, the family said that they had no idea who Jannine Campbell was but because the Repo service had legal documents to claim the vehicle they allowed him to take it. There is so much more and not even enough space on the internet to put it all on. Jannine claims to be from Tulsa OK, Her drivers license shows her home address to be 4019 W HWY 70, Apt 234
Durant, OK 74701 if you google that address it is a UPS store in OK and that is a felony, She also claims that her home address is 718 E Hwy 82 East, Sherman, TX 75090 and that too is a UPS Store.
Jannine aka Sara caught Covid-19 and knowing that she had it infected the family who took her in all the while asking them should they die would they leave everything to her. She stole their car multiple times. 3 of the family members who took her in have now passed away from Covid that she infected them with and LAUGHED about it when questioned about it. The remaining family has contacted the Police and now there is a criminal investigation ongoing. Once that happened and the Police requested to visit with Jannine aka Sara she moved out and found another family to move in with..............In Tom Bean Texas on Betty lane, with a co-worker of hers at Walmart Supercenter in Anna Texas. So I ask you would you want to shop where she works? IF you live in Tom Bean or other surrounding communities would you feel safe?
